Marie Antoinette in Maine

After a New Year's Eve proposal, Jillian Parker and Paul Blakeslee decided to borrow a page from Marie Antoinette’s playbook for their opulent New England wedding. To bring together the couples' home state and their foreign inspiration, they set the stage in Maine, and Sofia Coppola’s "Marie Antoinette" inspired a rich palette of teal, pale pink, and gold.

As seen in Martha Stewart Weddings and Style Me Pretty and as styled by THEO's Creative Director Lisa Vorce and captured by Aaron Delesie, Jillian and Paul's wedding portrays key elements easy to re-create using items at the boutique!

Beautiful ribbon to personalize almost anything, baskets for pretty holding (and even a cake when turned upside down!) votive holders to twinkle, candelabras to make a statement, and mini vases to hold a single flower are just a few. Options and ideas for colors and more are made easy and "shopping this look" is fun and simple!

We hope you'll pop over to THEO to purchase just a few!

Until next time...

  3. We reserved San Francisco restaurants for our big day. I am uploading pictures but it is showing some error. It was beautiful location and love, romance was filled in the air. Every couple enjoyed there and it was an amazing day.
